| In December 2002, CHT obtained QS 9000 certification which is based on and including ISO 9001. CHT has always strictly apply its quality control system which is established according to QS-9000 and ISO9001 criteria in the whole process from marketing,R&D to mould making, injection molding, and service. |

| To meet the customer's demand for quality improvement and safety of product, we are pushing forth with ongoing program to obtain TS 16949 and UL certification in the forthcoming early-to-mid of 2006 year. |
