There are about 200 experienced engineers, technicians and skillful workers in our tooling department, it involves R&D, engineering design, project management, machining processes, tooling quality control and tool assembly etc. We have a nice bit of experts as the backbone of tooling and molding engineering, who have ten to twenty years experience in developing and manufacturing various injection molds.

The major tooling equipments are imported from Japan and Germany, including high speed CNC, high precision Wire cut machines and Electric discharge machines, etc. The software we used in R&D and engineering design are UG (Unigraphics), Topsolid, etc.

With these talented personnel, advanced equipment、religious quality control program and strict inspection of incoming material( Standard components such as HASCO, DME, MOLDMASTER etc.), we are capable of manufacturing a variety of high quality injection moulds which can match injection machines range from 30 ton to 1300 ton.
