Social Responsibility Policy

 Changhong Technology recognizes that compliance with national labor laws, internationally recognized labor standards, and SA8000 social responsibility is a basic condition for a responsible company, the expectations of consumers, customers, the public, the government and other stakeholders, and the basic management goal of the company.

  Changhong Technology is committed to complying with national labor, health, safety, environmental, professional ethics and social responsibility laws and regulations, relevant internationally recognized standards, and other applicable industry standards and international conventions, and continuously improving working conditions and employee welfare.

  Therefore, Changhong Technology established and implemented a social responsibility system under the requirements of the SA8000 social responsibility standard, and extended this requirement to suppliers and subcontractors. Changhong Technology declares::

I. Free choice of employment

Candidates are people who have chosen to be employed by the company. All work should be voluntary and workers should be free to leave with reasonable notice.

II. Employment age

Persons under the age of 16 shall not be employed, and In high-risk working conditions, workers must be at least 18 years old. This rule applies to apprentices who are legally employed in accordance with all laws and regulations.

III. Employee Benefits

Employees should be respected and respected.

IV. Working hours

It shall ensure that regular work and overtime hours do not exceed the maximum working hours prescribed by national law, except in cases of emergency.

V .Salary and Benefits

Payments to employees shall be in accordance with the law, including laws relating to minimum wages, overtime and statutory benefits.

VI. Environmental Responsibility

Responsible for reducing the environmental impact of its products and services, as well as their overall operations or "internal" practices. Supplier shall not violate any national or provincial environmental regulations.

VII. Health and safety

Provide workers with a safe and healthy working environment. The environment of all work and accommodation facilities must be safe, clean and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety. Employees must understand the health and safety guidance related to equipment, training and work practices.

VIII. Principles of non-discrimination and diversity

Employment decisions must be based on knowledge, skills, efficiency and professional ability, as well as meeting job requirements. No one shall be discriminated against in recruitment and employment processes such as promotion, rewards and training.

IX. Freedom of association and collective bargaining

Efforts should be made directly with employees to find solutions to any outstanding legal and employment problems, and workers' rights to be represented and/or collective bargaining should always respected.

X. Anti-corruption business ethics

The company will not, directly or indirectly, pay, give, provide or promise any value to local or foreign government officials (or any individual considering the interests of government agencies), bribe government officials to commit improper acts or use his/her influence, obtain or retain any business for Changhong Technology or its suppliers, or obtain any improper benefits.
